InterRail Passes
InterRail passes are available to nationals of any European country (also those who can prove they have lived in Europe for at least six months). The InterRail Global Pass allows unlimited travel on most trains throughout 30 European countries, but not the holder's own country of residence.
Passes are available to people of any age, but those under 26 pay less.
You can find full details of InterRail passes (and many other passes) in the Rail Passes feature which appears in the May edition each year of the European Rail Timetable. The feature also appears in the Summer and Winter Independent Travel Editions.
The European Rail Timetable and Rail Map of Europe are ideal for planning your InterRail trip, and for taking with you to plan as you go.
